The Importance of Perception
Patricia Bradley serves as CEO and founder of Carrington Consortium LLC, a human resources (HR) consulting company that provides Strategic Planning, Conflict Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) services for public and private sectors. With a focus on cultural transformation, Patricia has a passion for helping organizations and employees maximize their strengths and leverage diversity as a value-added capability. Patricia recognizes that people are the heartbeat of the organization and must be equipped with the right tools to perform their jobs and work effectively in teams. By partnering with clients, addressing their needs, and establishing trust, she successfully executed multi-million-dollar projects.
Before establishing Carrington Consortium, Patricia served as a lieutenant colonel with the U.S. Army Medical Department in various roles such as Commander, Strategic Planner; Chief of Medical Training & Operations; and Director of Knowledge Management. Since retiring from the U.S. Army, she has served as Program Director for Lockheed Martin Health Services where she managed the execution and integration
of all HR functions, including conflict resolution, learning and development, and quality management. As a Workforce Development Consultant for The Information Applications Group, Patricia designed a comprehensive Workforce Development Strategy for The Army Surgeon General. Currently, she is a facilitator and coach for senior leaders participating in the Naval Supply Systems Command’s Leadership
Development Program.
Patricia is a senior certified HR professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, an associate certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a Texas credentialed mediator serving on the board of the Texas Association of Mediators. In all these roles, her mission is clear: to unlock human potential and craft environments where people thrive.
She holds master’s degrees in human resources development, Business Administration, and Health Administration from Webster University.
Patricia loves spending time with her six-year-old granddaughter, Ryleigh, who has taught her many life lessons!
