​with Luke Archer

​Luke Archer is an Irish writer and teacher, specializing in communication and pedagogical development, and has been living in Lyon, France since 1995. He is the founder of VerbalAikido.org, a training organization dedicated to conflict management, and the creator and development director of the VA practice. Since its creation in 2009, he has written several books on Verbal Aikido and has trained thousands of people around the world to develop their skills in de- escalating conflict in workplaces and social settings. He trains VA practitioners and future VA facilitators through the VA Academy and continues to lead a weekly online VA dojo. You can learn more about this practice at www.verbalaikido.org and in his latest book Verbal Aikido for Beginners.
