TMTR Minutes and Other Information

Proposed TMTR Approved Trainer Emblem and Rules:

1. The TMTR Approved Trainer Emblem may be used only by TMTR Approved Trainers who are in good standing as a TMTR Approved Trainer for the year shown on the emblem. The TMTR Approved Trainer Emblem may be used only before or during the year shown on the emblem.

2. Individual TMTR Approved Trainers may use the emblem on their own websites, emails, social media, and other professional materials.

3. Individual TMTR Approved Trainers may use the emblem on websites, emails, social media, and other professional materials of other organizations, provided that the individual TMTR Approved Trainer is a current lead trainer for that organization of training events which comply with TMTR Training Standards.

4. Individual TMTR Approved Trainers may use the emblem on websites, emails, social media, and other professional materials of other organizations, provided that the individual TMTR Approved Trainer is a lead trainer for that organization's particular training event (which complies with TMTR Training Standards) and the website page, email, social media post, or other professional materials are directly associated with that particular training event.

5. If the emblem is used on a website, email, social media, or other electronic visual means of display, the emblem must be linked to http://www.tmtr.org/ such that when a viewer clicks on the emblem, it will actively link the viewer to the www.tmtr.org website.

6. TMTR Approved Trainers must indicate in training materials and certificate of completion that their program satisfies the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable’s Training Standards for that particular training (40-hour Basic Mediation Training,  30-Hour Family Mediation Training, etc.).

7. The emblem may be proportionately resized but may not be modified in any other way.

8. Copyright and all usage rights of the emblem are reserved by Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable except as permitted above.
